Beside service provided to the New York State government (see my QPX Monitoring Page), our laboratory provides diagnosis services to local governments (town hatcheries, etc.) and private aquaculturists. Processed samples sometimes include new pathologic conditions and findings are sometimes presented and discussed in professional and scientific meetings.

Our laboratory also provides bivalve (clams, oysters, scallops) health reports (shellfish certification) needed for importation / exportation of livestock. Please contact me if you need more information about our diagnosis activities and current rates.
